How can I change my email address or business address on file with Archer?

What billing methods do you accept?

  • On invoices up to $75k we accept:
    • Online ACH or credit card payment via Stripe
    • ACH
    • Check (less preferred)
  • On all invoices over $75k:
    • ACH
    • Check (less preferred)

How do I set up auto pay?

  • Stripe is Archer’s provider of auto pay.  Auto pay is enabled when you have a saved payment method on file within Stripe. You can only pay in Stripe for invoices up to $75k, so you won’t have the option to set up auto pay for any single invoice greater than that amount.
  • You can save a payment method through Stripe directly when you pay your Archer invoice
    • Credit card: Check the box below your credit card information to save for future Archer payments
    • ACH: If you pay via ACH, your payment method is automatically saved
  • All auto-pay transactions are facilitated through Stripe - Archer never has access to your credit card or bank account information.   

How do I change my payment method on file?

  • When you receive an invoice from Archer, please click the link to pay online and you can change your payment method from within the Stripe portal.
