What the Box & Whisker chart shows

A visual distribution of rents across your property's floor plans. For each floor plan type, you can see the median rent, the interquartile range (middle 50% of rents), and any outliers.

How to use it in your analysis

Wide distributions within a floor plan often indicate a value-add opportunity (classic vs. renovated units) or inconsistent pricing. Tight distributions suggest a stabilized rent structure.
