Filtering Comps with Map Polygon Selection

Draw your own boundary on the comps map to filter comps to exactly the area you care about.

1. Open the Comps Dashboard map.
2. Select the polygon tool and click to draw your boundary. Close the shape to apply.
3. Comps filter instantly to properties inside your shape. Adjust or clear the polygon to widen out.

Use it for irregular submarkets, school-district lines, or "this side of the highway" comparisons that radius filters can't capture.
