Using Custom Property Tags

Tags let your team label properties in your own language, and the labels follow the deal everywhere.

Create a tag. On any property page or modal, click + Tag and start typing. Autocomplete surfaces your org's existing tags; press enter to create a new one. Colors assign automatically.

Filter and sort. In the Deal Inbox or Pipeline, filter or sort any view by tag. Save tag filters into views to make them permanent for your team.

Manage tags. Rename, recolor, merge, or delete from tag management. Merging two tags updates every tagged property instantly.

Tags are shared org-wide, and everyone on your team can create, edit, merge, and delete them.
