Emailing Deals to Archer (deals@archer.re)

There are multiple paths into your Deal Inbox. Deal Sourcing brings deals in automatically, and deals@archer.re takes anything from your email. Forward any deal and it lands in the same inbox, ready to underwrite.

How it works:

1. Forward the deal email, with its attachments, to deals@archer.re from your registered Archer email address. Any user on your Archer account can do this.
2. Open your Deal Inbox. The deal appears with its documents attached, matched to the property.
3. Click into it and begin underwriting as usual.

Supported files: rent rolls and T-12s in Excel or PDF, OMs, and supporting documents. Works from any device, phone included.

If the same deal arrives through more than one path (a sourcing hit, a forward, a share), Archer shows every source on the deal in one place.

If we can't match the property, you'll receive an email letting you know, so nothing disappears silently. An Unmatched Deals tab in the Deal Inbox is coming shortly.
