Exporting and downloading data from Archer

What you can download from Archer today, what’s coming soon, and how to get your data out of the platform.

What you can download today

Archer is designed to get data into your hands, not lock it away. Here's everything you can currently export or download from the platform.

From underwriting:

Your populated Excel underwriting model downloads automatically when you finish an underwrite. This includes your rent roll data, mapped T12 financials, rent comps, expense comps, sale comps, and analytics — all inside the Excel workbook. You can save this file anywhere, share it with your team, or archive it.

In addition, you can download cleaned and processed Rent Rolls (summarized to floor plan level) and cleaned and mapped T12 operating statements as standalone files from your underwriting activity.

From comps:

Rent comps, expense comps, and sale comps can be downloaded from the comps dashboard. These are the proprietary comps generated from your team's parsing activity — your data, available to you.

From deal sourcing and pipeline:

Deal lists from Deal Sourcing can be exported for offline review or sharing. Your pipeline data is also exportable so you can work with your deal tracking data outside the platform.

What's coming soon

Archer is actively building additional export capabilities including Lease Trade-Out analysis exports and T12 Comparison exports. These are in development and will be available in upcoming releases.

A note on format

Most downloads come as Excel files (.xlsx), which preserves the formatting and formulas you'd expect for CRE analysis. Comp exports may also be available as CSV for flexibility.
