New deals

If you have saved searches in Deal Sourcing, this section shows newly listed deals that match your criteria. Updated every Monday based on the weekend data refresh. If you don't have saved searches, this section prompts you to create one.

Recent searches

Quick links back to properties you've recently viewed. Saves you from re-typing addresses you're actively working on.

Recent underwrites

Shows your most recent underwriting activity with key metrics (property name, pricing, cap rate). Click any entry to jump directly to that property.

Pipeline snapshot

A summary of your deal pipeline showing deal count and total volume by stage. Gives you a quick read on pipeline health without opening the full pipeline view.

Map view

A map showing the geographic spread of properties you've been evaluating. Useful for spotting geographic concentration or identifying markets you haven't explored.
