Managing Share Links, Access, and Lifecycle

Every Share stays under your control after you send it.

There are three ways to grant access:

• Open link: anyone with the link can view.
• Request link: visitors must request access first. You approve each request before they see anything.
• Email invites: only the specific addresses you invite can enter.

Lifecycle controls, from the property's Share panel:

• Close a share to end access instantly for everyone, including invited recipients.
• Reopen it if the conversation restarts.
• Generate a new link to invalidate the old one. The request link stays untouched.

Links never change when you update files, parse documents, or edit deal info. Recipients always see the current version.

The Share panel also shows engagement: viewers, opens, and downloads, including people who arrived via a forwarded link. Use it to prioritize your follow-up.
