Customizing pipeline stages, views, and fields

Tailor your deal pipeline to your team's workflow — custom stages, saved views, field selection, and user assignment.

Customizing stages

Click the settings gear on the pipeline page. You can rename existing stages, reorder them (drag and drop), add new stages, or remove stages you don't use.

Customizing visible fields

Click the column settings icon (three lines with a pencil, top right of the pipeline). Toggle which data fields appear on deal cards: purchase price, cap rate, IRR, equity multiple, unit count, year built, and more.

These fields auto-populate from your most recent Save to Archer. If a field is blank, it means either you haven't saved an underwrite yet or your model doesn't have a corresponding output cell mapped.

Saved views

After arranging your pipeline (sorting, filtering, field selection), click Save View. Name it and it persists across sessions. Create multiple views for different purposes: "My Deals" filtered to your user, "Active Pursuits" showing only LOI+ stages, "All Deals" unfiltered.

Sharing views with teammates

Saved views can be shared with other team members. When you save a view, toggle the "Share with team" option. Teammates can then select your view from their saved views dropdown.

User assignment

Assign deals to specific team members using the user field. Filter the pipeline by user to see each person's deal load.
