What Archer monitors

Proactively checks for missing data (units without rents), unusual values (negative rents), and structural issues (duplicate unit numbers).

The Common Issues / Missing Data section

After parsing, you'll see flags with descriptions and suggested actions. Catching issues at parse time is significantly faster than discovering them after your model is populated.
