How Save to Archer updates your pipeline data

How your Excel model data flows to your pipeline cards every time you hit Save to Archer.

What updates

Any field that exists in both your Excel model and the pipeline field list updates on save. Common fields: purchase price, cap rate, NOI, IRR, equity multiple, price per unit, debt amount, DSCR.

If you change the purchase price from $20M to $22M in your model and Save to Archer, the pipeline card immediately shows $22M.

What doesn't update

Pipeline stage and user assignment are manual — they don't change when you save. Only financial metrics from the model update automatically.

Property attributes (unit count, class, year built) update from the web app's property page, not from Save to Archer.

Multiple saves

The pipeline always shows data from your most recent save. Previous versions are still accessible in the property's underwriting activity tab but they don't display on the pipeline card.
