Using saved searches and weekly deal alerts
Automate your deal flow monitoring with saved searches and Monday morning email alerts for new on-market deals.
Creating a search
Go to Deal Sourcing in the left sidebar. Select a market (MSA, county, or submarket). Set your filters: property type (apartments), minimum unit count, on-market or off-market, and any other criteria.
Click Search. Archer returns matching properties with details including owner, broker, listing date, and property attributes.
Saving a search
Click Save Search in the top right. Name it something descriptive (e.g., "Dallas 200+ units on-market").
Weekly deal alerts
Every weekend, Archer refreshes deal sourcing data by scraping approximately 700 broker websites for new listings. On Monday morning, you receive an email showing any new deals that match your saved searches.
If no new deals match, you won't get an email — no spam.
Managing saved searches
To view, edit, or delete saved searches: go to Deal Sourcing, and your saved searches appear at the top. Click to load the search, modify filters and re-save, or delete.
On the home page, the "New Deals" section shows recent matches from your saved searches, giving you a quick glance without opening Deal Sourcing.
