What Your Recipients See When Sharing

When someone opens your Share, they get a clean, self-contained view of the deal. They do not need an Archer account.

A Share includes:

Summary. Key metrics from the parsed documents (NOI, occupancy, in-place rent), deal information, and a timeline.

Financial and Rent Roll Analytics. The parsed financials, with the comps behind the analysis.

Underwrite. The underwriting scenario you selected, with full return metrics.

Files. The documents you chose. Rent rolls and T-12s arrive parsed; the OM and the sender's model pass through as-is. Recipients can download originals or Archer's cleaned data.

Recipients can only see what you included. Use View as recipient before sending to confirm exactly what's visible.
