Your first login: navigating the Archer web app
Where everything lives in the Archer web app — home page, sidebar, settings, support, and how to get around.
The home page
Your home page shows a snapshot of your activity: deals viewed in the last 30, 90, 12 months, and all time. New deals matching your saved searches. Recent underwrites. And a pipeline summary showing deal count and volume by stage.
The left sidebar
Property search (top): Type any address or property name to find or create a property record. This is where every workflow starts.
Deal Sourcing: Search for on-market and off-market deals by market, property type, unit count, and more. Save searches to get weekly email alerts.
Pipeline: Your deal pipeline in Kanban view. Drag and drop deals between stages. Customize which fields are visible.
All Activity: See every parsing and underwriting job you've run, with status and quick access to resume in-progress work.
The top right
Help (question mark icon): Links to this knowledge base, contact support form, and product feedback. The knowledge base is searchable — try typing your question before reaching out to support.
Your name: Click for Settings, where you manage your Chart of Accounts, underwriting models, and underwriting assumption templates.
Release notes (blue circle, bottom left): Check here for the latest product updates and new features.
Can't find a property?
If you search for an address and it doesn't appear in Archer's database, you can still proceed. Type the full address and Archer will create a new property record for you. You may need to manually enter the property attributes (unit count, class, year built) since Archer won't have them on file yet. If you're having trouble getting the property to appear, try shortening the address (e.g., drop "Boulevard" or "Avenue") or email support@archer.re with the address and the team will add it for you.
The support email
support@archer.re — Archer's US-based support team, available during business hours. Goal: respond within 2 hours. Use this for tricky financials that won't parse, technical issues, or anything blocking your workflow.
